5 VITA Barre exercises to enhance your strength Leg and Glute Focused - including infographics to illustrate how to do each exercise.

 

1.      VITA Barre Squats:

Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart, toes turned out. Using your VITA Barre for balance, lower into a squat position while keeping your heels on the ground and your back straight. Hold onto the barre with a relaxed grip to assist you during your workout to maintain balance. Pulse up and down to engage your leg muscles and glutes.

2.      VITA Barre Leg Lifts:

Stand next to your VITA Barre for support. Lift one leg to the side or behind you while keeping it straight, engaging your glutes and outer thigh muscles. Use the barre for balance as you lower your leg and repeat for a set of reps before switching legs.

3.      VITA Barre Pulses:

Hold onto your VITA Barre and lift one leg behind you with a bent knee. Pulse your leg upward to work your glutes and hamstrings. Switch legs to balance the workout.

Stand with your feet together and take a step back with one leg into a lunge position, using your VITA Barre as needed for balance. Lower your body, making sure both knees are at 90-degree angles. Push back up to the starting position. Alternate legs to work both sides.
