Looking for more functionality from your stall bar? The leg & knee raise attachment allows you to easily workout your core. The attachment easily fits between any of the rungs and the handles can be used in up to 5 different width positions.
The mounting bracket has a built in holder for each of the handles to allow for easy storage. During workout the lock and key system keeps your handles from coming out or tilting. These provide a great workout of your lower abs using only your own body weight!
